We were a group of six families — all senior citizens — who recently completed a 10-day tour of Tamil Nadu organized by Joy Travels, and it was truly a memorable and heartwarming experience.From the moment we landed in Madurai from Hyderabad, everything was handled with warmth and care. We were received at the airport by our driver, Senthil, whose courteous nature, safe driving, and excellent local knowledge made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. The bus arranged for us was spacious and very comfortable — something we deeply appreciated as senior travelers.The hotels selected by Joy Travels were excellent, offering both comfort and convenience at every destination. Our itinerary was thoughtfully planned, covering the magnificent Meenakshi Amman Temple, the serene hills of Kodaikanal, Srivilliputhur, the coastal town of Tiruchendur, historic Tiruchirappalli, and the sacred temple town of Srirangam, among other beautiful places.In addition, we were blessed to visit the sacred Nava Tirupati Temples, which are rarely covered in regular tours and are seen by only a few fortunate travelers. Witnessing these ancient and magnificent temples — many built by the great Pandya and Chola kings — was a truly enriching and spiritual experience. Every evening was relaxing and joyful, giving us time to reflect, connect, and appreciate the beauty around us.We concluded our journey by flying back from Coimbatore, carrying with us wonderful memories and heartfelt gratitude.All of us had a comfortable, well-organized, and deeply fulfilling trip. We sincerely thank Joy Travels from the bottom of our hearts for their thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and genuine care in making this journey so special for us.

Excellent experience. Jay has took care of everything giving me a wonderful experience. He was always on time and precise, and his drive was perfect. The organization of the temple visit was perfect. With the support of locsl guide he gave me a lot of detailed information and I was able to experience all the temple's aspect, with direct access to the cerimony. During the tour Jay gave me also precious information on local tradition and way of life. I stronglt reccomand JAY tours for any planned travel in South India

Excellent Service – Highly RecommendedWe booked JAY Tours and Travels for our family trip from 26th Dec to 30th Dec, covering Coimbatore → Coonoor → Ooty → Coimbatore, and our experience was excellent.Driver & Owner: Mr. Jay Prakash was always on time and very punctual. He picked us up from Coimbatore railway station, and he was already there before our train arrived, which was very reassuring.He has very good knowledge of Ooty, Coonoor, and nearby tourist places. He suggested a tourist plan, but also customized it completely based on our interests and time availability. Since it was Christmas holiday peak season, he smartly planned visits to places with less traffic and crowd, which saved us a lot of time and stress.He also knows local parking rules and mostly used public parking, so we paid parking charges at very few places. His recommendations for local South Indian food were excellent — we enjoyed authentic and tasty food throughout the trip.Mr. Jay Prakash also shared history and local information about tourist places and food, which made the journey more interesting.His driving skills are very safe and smooth. Even on hill roads in Ooty and Coonoor, we never faced any rough driving or risky behavior.I sincerely thank Jay Prakash for making our trip memorable. I’m writing this review not just because our trip was awesome, but also to help families visiting Ooty–Coonoor for the first time.Highly recommended 👍
